1,100’ FAQ

Asked and answered.

The questions we hear most — answered the way we’d answer them across the counter.

Do you work on all makes and models?

Yes — domestic, Japanese, European, and exotic vehicles, from daily drivers to dedicated performance builds.

Do you accept extended warranties?

Yes. We regularly handle extended warranty (service contract) repairs and work directly with warranty administrators in accordance with policy guidelines. Our warranty guide explains the whole process.

Do you handle insurance claims?

Yes. We handle collision and insurance repair work — estimates, supplements, and documentation — with paint, body, and chassis capability in house. And remember: in Florida, you choose the repair shop, not your insurer.

Is financing available?

Yes, financing options are available on services. Ask when you book your appointment.

Do I need an appointment?

Booking ahead is recommended so we can schedule your vehicle properly. Use the contact form or call 786-732-0488.

Why do you diagnose before repairing?

Because replacing parts based on guesses costs more than finding the actual cause. Every job starts with structured diagnostics — verify the complaint, read module data, run pinpoint tests — and work begins only after you approve the findings. More on that in our diagnostics guide.

How does the dyno and tuning process work?

Performance work starts with a consultation about your goals and the car’s condition. Dyno time is scheduled for prepared vehicles, and calibration is coordinated with trusted tuning partners. Reliability and supporting mods come first — see the performance page and the prep checklist.

Where are you located?

13470 SW 128th St, Miami, FL 33186 — in the Kendall area, about a mile from Miami Executive Airport. We serve greater Miami and South Florida. More on our corner of the city.

Who owns and runs the shop?

1320Motorsport is family owned and operated, established in 2021 — built around accurate diagnostics, clean workmanship, and clear communication. More about us.

How do I get an estimate?

Send your vehicle details (year, make, model) and what you need through the contact form, or call 786-732-0488. For collision work, bring the claim number and we handle the insurer documentation.
